Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to deliver hands-on training on our Process Intelligence Technology to partners and customers in India. You will learn diverse use cases, measure training impact, and improve training approaches while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

You will be fluent in English and work with a global team to ensure high standards and effective knowledge transfer across departments.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Business Informatics, Business Education, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in creating and delivering training to diverse audiences.
• Passion for learning, knowledge transfer, Big Data, and Data Analytics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to quickly learn new topics and concepts.
• Desire to think creatively and continuously expand your knowledge.
• Experience evaluating complex data and working with intricate processes.
