Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an experienced SRE and Observability Engineer to drive reliability and automation. You will implement and manage observability with Dynatrace, Grafana LGTM, BigPanda, and Nobl9, applying SRE principles to reduce toil across operations.

• 6+ years of experience in SRE and Observability Engineering roles.
• Experience in applying SRE principles and practices acrossoperations, andreducing operational toil through automation using tools such as Ansible, Python, and RPA.
• Hands-on experience in implementing and managing observability solutions using Dynatrace (must-have), Grafana LGTM (must-have),BigPanda, and Nobl9.
• Workingknowledgeof incident management, automation scripting, and ITSM tools.
• Exposure to GenAI and agentic AI automation platforms such as Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform,LangGraph, andCrewAI.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools and cloud and infrastructure monitoring technologies.
• Implement and tune monitoring across Application Performance, Synthetic, Real User, Log, Infrastructure, Business Observability, SAP/native platform, and Batch monitoring, as applicable to assigned applications.
