Job Description & Duties

• Responsible for end-to-end Quality Assurance for the product
• Collaborating with the stakeholders (Team members, Development Team, Tech Architect, Design teams and other teams involved) as needed in understanding/prioritization/resolution of the product requirements & issues
• Drive Test Efficiency Effectiveness Goals
• Conduct Triage, investigation & debugging of issues
• Setting up/Improving existing practices & processes for quality & its adoption
• Lead through example & set appropriate culture & values.
• Work as a mentor to the junior team members
• Complete the projects by coordinating the resources & timeline, without compromising on the quality
• Clearly communicate and provide constructive feedback on issues, risks, and concerns to both the QA team and management

Primary Skills /Requirements

• Overall experience of 5-6 years with 2-3 Years of experience in QA Automation
• Experience developing test deliverables like test plans, test cases, test data, traceability matrix
• Understand and use various test design techniques
• Ensure defects tracked, reviewed, prioritized, and triaged and the resources assigned to resolve defects
• Experienced in defining scope, objective, creating Test Plan, Design documents, Reviewing test cases & Test execution
• Experience with product development life cycle and test cycles (e.g., unit, integration, smoke), including test approach and case review
• Good understanding of Web & Mobile Application Testing
• Experience in Localization/Internationalization/Globalization Testing
• Experience in API Testing
• Experience in test management/bug tracking tools.
• Strong leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
• Critical thinking skills with attention to details
• Ability to manage work pressure & tight deadlines.
