Qualifications

POSITION OVERVIEW

As an SAP ABAP developer the candidate will be responsible to design and develop the solution and support the solution in production.

Position Overview:

• The candidate primary responsibility is to develop the code as per the design provided by functional and assist in analysis.
• The candidate should understand the Functional document and develop independently.
• The candidate should also communicate with functionals and assist in designing solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand and develop solution provided in Functional document.
• Adhere to the timelines provided for project and work in agile environment.
• Collaborate with functional teams, ABAP developers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure alignment with SAP solutions.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for ABAP development, configurations, and technical solutions.
• Demonstrates ability to communicate to partner with multiple IT domains.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Qualifications:

Professional Skills:

• 6+ relevant experience in ABAP Developer role
• At least two end to end implementation project.
• Experience in OOPS Concepts – hands on
• Good experience in enhancement and interfaces (idocs/Proxies)
• Should have good attitude.
• Ability to lead a team and handle projects individually.

Technical Skills:

• Extensive experience in ABAP Development using ABAP Workbench including development involving ALE/IDOC, LSMW, BADI’s, BDC, ALV SAP Forms and Adobe form.
• Experience in Design, build, working in SAP ECC systems with integration to other systems
• Experience in working across multi system / technology and integration scenarios with SAP systems
• Previous large transformation SAP program experience desired with prior experience with AFS (optional)
• Desired is in-depth development experience for SAP functional core module SD with good understanding of data on master data, sales order, purchase order, delivery, billing, pricing in OTC, PTP & RTR areas.
• Extensive experience in all SAP RICEFW object development and detail exposure of code governance using various SAP tools in managing the code performance and quality.
• Must have the ability to work in a global delivery model.
• Demonstrates ability to support multiple projects and tasks on an aggressive timeline.
• Good hands-on Experience on SAP S/4 HANA - CDS Views, AMDP, Odata and BRF+
• Good to have experience in Workflow, SAP BTP and RAP
• Retail or AFS or SAP S/4 Fashion domain experience is preferred.
