Job summary

You will produce practical developer documentation that helps application developers and partners adopt, integrate, and deploy our identity solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years relevant experience writing documentation for Cloud or Enterprise products.
• Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Technical Writing is preferred.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience writing SDK, CLI, or developer tools documentation.
• Experience writing developer documentation and release notes.
• Experience with Markdown, Visual Studio Code, Acrolinx, and source code control tools such as Git and GitHub.
• Familiarity working with Jira and Confluence.
• Good collaboration skills with the writers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong ability to understand the application of security products in the real world and produce use case-based content.
• Knowledge of the company or similar identity and access management solutions.
• Experience with DITA, OpenAPI, and any API management and publishing platform.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.

the company is seeking a technical writer who is passionate about creating and delivering developer-centered technical content for developer.the company.com. We’re looking for a collaborative, creative team member who understands how to write clear, concise, and relevant content.

Reporting to the Manager of Technical Documentation, you will work closely with a global network of engineers, product managers, and developer success professionals to understand real-world use cases for identity and access management.

You will create practical technical content that guides the company's broad technical community, including application developers and integration partners to adopt, integrate, and deploy our solutions successfully.

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days Onsite per week)

What you’ll be doing
