Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Senior IT Recruiter with 6-8 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruitment. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent across a wide range of IT domains. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of the IT industry, a strong network of candidates, and a proven track record in closing mid to senior-level technical roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand business needs and role requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality technical candidates across diverse IT roles.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback coordination and offer negotiation.
- Utilize job boards, professional networks, ATS, and social media platforms to proactively identify and engage passive candidates.
- Lead and mentor junior recruiters or recruitment coordinators as required.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and niche skillsets.
- Drive a strong employer brand and ensure a world-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 6-8 years of hands-on experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Proven success in hiring for a variety of technical roles, including software development, cloud, data engineering, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts, tech stacks, and modern development methodologies.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean search, and major job portals.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Proven experience in volume hiring for technical roles across multiple domains.
- Skilled in designing and executing high-volume sourcing strategies to meet aggressive hiring targets.
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders during ramp-up or project-based hiring.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
