Job summary

Optum India is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives in Bengaluru. You will drive delivery across waterfall and Agile frameworks, manage stakeholders, and ensure adherence to policies and schedules.

The role requires 8+ years in project management, strong Microsoft Office 365 proficiency, and leadership capabilities to navigate complex, multi-department programs within a global health tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Org. Management, Project Management, Computer Science, or related
• 8+ years of hands-on project management experience
• Experience managing projects in waterfall and agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Substantial experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint & Project
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 - Teams, Sharepoint, Excel, Powerpoint, Project, and Outlook are a must. Azure is a plus
• Proven exceptional analytical and organizational skills, including a proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment
• Proven ability to manage key stakeholders while managing competing priorities
• Demonstrated solid leadership skills including conflict/issue resolution
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written with customers, stakeholders, and senior leadership
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with project resources across multiple departments
• ServiceNow experience is preferred
