Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Solid hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot for backend services.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services including AKS, App Services, and Azure DevOps.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and integrating into enterprise apps.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes for container orchestration and microservices.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Guide architecture and design decisions, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions
• Team Management: Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering growth, collaboration, and high performance
• Project Delivery: Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align engineering efforts with business goals
• Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and practices (e.g., Agile, DevOps)
• Talent Development: Hire, onboard, and develop engineering talent, promoting a culture of learning and innovation
• Budget Resource Planning: Manage team budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships when applicable
• Risk Management: Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies early in the development lifecycle
• Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
