Job summary

Google is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex cloud initiatives in the Billing, Ordering, and FinOps space from Google Cloud. You will define milestones, manage schedules, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery aligned with OKRs.

The role requires strong collaboration with engineering, product management, UX, and data science, plus the ability to navigate dependencies and drive business outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management of cloud computing emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of complex programs in cloud billing, ordering, and FinOps space, defining milestones and OKRs and communicating status.
• Forge strong partnerships with PM, engineering, UX, and data science to align on strategic vision for Google Cloud.
• Act as the primary driver for resolving blockers, delving into technical, process, or organizational challenges and mobilizing teams to resolve them.
• Partner with stakeholders and leadership to drive alignment on commercial flexibility and improve business outcomes.
• Become a subject matter expert in Google Cloud Business Platform and collaborate with engineering and product partners.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management of cloud computing emerging technologies.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in tightly partnering with engineering, product management and support teams to facilitate the design and delivery of features, bringing to market cloud products.
• Track record of successfully delivering complex software products, in-depth knowledge of project management. Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with technical groups.
• Excellent technical judgment and leadership across organizational and team boundaries.

• Partner with influence stakeholders and executive leadership across the business to drive strategic alignment on commercial flexibility. Resolve complex architectural challenges and deliver improved business outcomes.
• Become a subject matter expert in Google Cloud Business Platform (GCBP) ecosystem and work closely with engineering and product partners.
