Job summary

EXL is seeking a high-impact Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives in AI Solution Engineering and Delivery. This role targets a Strategic Innovation leader with deep expertise in AI, delivery, and technology initiatives to act as a force multiplier across operations.

This role requires MBA and Engineering/Operations background, a track record in cross-functional program management, and strong financial acumen including modelling and BI.

Qualifications

• MBA from a premier institute with a technical background in Engineering or Operations.
• Proven track record in Program Management of cross-functional programs.
• Advanced skills in financial modelling, business intelligence, and zero-base costing.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage global stakeholders, and drive change management in complex environments.
• Professional certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt or strategic management credentials are highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI and experience with Python are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Solution Delivery Operations: Push Solution Delivery PMs to get updates, Run the Solution Delivery Review, Track the solution standardization.
• Track Strategic Programs: AI in SDLC, Productivity gains in Solution Delivery, AWS partner projects, Migration of legacy platforms to our AI Agentic Platform.
• Operations & Program Management: Run the leadership meeting and team townhalls.
