Job summary

Impetus is seeking a strategic and hands-on Program Manager to lead end-to-end customer project deliveries across Data Engineering, Cloud Transformation, Advanced Analytics, MLOps and AI-driven solutions in the HCMI domain. Responsibilities

• Own full project/program delivery lifecycle — planning, estimation, execution, monitoring, risk management, and closure.
• Lead all customer deliveries with an AI-First mindset from day one.
• Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery with velocity, quality metrics, scalability, security and customer satisfaction.
• Build and scale high-performing engineering teams; handle hiring, onboarding, performance management, career growth, and retention.
• Build, mentor, and scale a delivery team that lives and breathes AI-First culture.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, product teams, business units, and external vendors/partners.
• Identify and remove delivery impediments; drive continuous process improvement (CI/CD, DevOps, automation).
• Prepare and track budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and engineering KPIs; report progress through dashboards and exec reviews.
• Conduct risk & dependency management; ensure security, quality, and regulatory standards compliance.

• Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery with focus on velocity, quality metrics (defect rates, test coverage, DORA metrics), scalability, security and customer satisfaction.
• Build and scale high-performing engineering teams (Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, AI, etc.); handle hiring, onboarding, performance management, career growth, and retention.
• Build, mentor, and scale a delivery team that lives and breathes AI-First culture.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, product teams, business units, and external vendors/partners (nearshore/offshore delivery centers).
• Identify and remove delivery impediments; elevate effectively when needed and drive continuous process improvement (CI/CD, DevOps, automation).
