Why we need this role:

The Identity Access Management Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions that control access to systems, applications, and data. They ensure that identity security risk mitigation is embedded ‘by design’ into the development of infrastructure, cloud, products, and services.

What you will do:
  • Support and facilitate the successful and timely completion of major programs and projects.
  • Facilitate the adoption, training, communication, and education of IAM capabilities, functions, and standards.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve system design weaknesses related to identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions.
  • Serve as an IAM Subject Matter Expert (SME) and ensure best practices throughout the system development lifecycle.
  • Maintain, upgrade, and monitor IAM systems, resolving incidents and issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with technology, functional, and business partners to improve communication and alignment.
  • Establish frameworks and methodologies to improve IAM solution delivery and quality.
  • Design reusable strategies, service components, and frameworks to support enterprise IAM services.
  • Work with system integration, software engineering, systems administration, IT operations, and security teams.
What we’re looking for:
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in the IT industry.
  • Understanding of the identity lifecycle, user entitlements, and roles.
  • Hands-on experience with systems integration or software engineering of IAM solutions, including SailPoint IIQ/IDN (3+ years).
  • Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions like CyberArk, BeyondTrust, etc. is a plus.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or C/C++.
  • Experience with REST APIs, Linux/Unix, Windows, scripting, SQL, LDAP, and web services.
  • Experience with directory services like Active Directory or OpenLDAP.
  • Knowledge of authentication, access control, and cryptography concepts.
  • Experience managing roles and reviews within attestation products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience.
  • Experience with SailPoint IIQ/IDN.
