Job summary

o9 is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant - Client Success to ensure post-implementation platform operations, strong customer outcomes, and high system reliability in Bengaluru. You will manage automated batch processes, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate across Support, DevOps, Product, and Customer teams to deliver a scalable solution environment.

The role emphasizes ownership after implementation, participation in E2E upgrades, and production support, with a focus on data processing,

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in technical consulting, support, or similar roles
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools like SSIS
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (preferred)
• Experience with planning tools such as SAP, Oracle, e2open, Kinaxis, JDA (preferred)
• Knowledge of data processing tools like Hadoop, PySpark, Hive (preferred)
• Familiarity with statistical/optimization tools (R/Python/JavaScript) is a plus
• Education
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
• Master's degree (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely response, recovery, and resolution of batch automation disruptions while meeting customer SLAs
• Monitor and maintain smooth operations of o9's cloud-based platform
• Work closely with DevOps and Support teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Validate, transform, and manage customer data using tools like SQL, SSIS, Excel, Apache NiFi, Hadoop, PySpark, and Hive
• Analyze customer data, understand functional/technical dependencies, and ensure data integrity
• Support CI/CD processes and improve system reliability
• Monitor and analyze system performance metrics for continuous improvement
• Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Understand and work with o9 platform data models (tables, relationships, optimization structures)
• Fine-tune performance, automate manual processes, and implement system checks
• Create and execute integration test cases; track and resolve bugs/issues

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically strong Senior Technical Consultant - Client Success to join our team. In this role, you will support o9 customers post-implementation , ensuring seamless platform operations , strong customer outcomes , and high system reliability.

You will play a critical role in managing automated batch processes, troubleshooting issues , and collaborating across Support, DevOps, Product, and Customer teams to deliver a stable and scalable solution environment.

This role enables you to take up ownership post implementation completion and contribute to E2E upgrades and production support (Technical issues, Batch failures, troubleshooting, managing platform operations, analysing logs, fixing user requests for data analysis, managing & onboarding customer accounts).

What you'll do
