Responsibilities

• Lead the design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet both business and technical specifications while adhering to Salesforce best practices
• Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify current gaps and challenges and gather requirements
• Present solutions to business stakeholders, effectively communicating the benefits and trade-offs of different approaches
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during the integration process to ensure seamless implementation of requirements
• Provide guidance to the development team, ensuring that solutions are implemented according to the design and conduct functional walkthroughs
• Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with product owners on the project
• Build user stories with clear acceptance criteria to ensure accurate and complete understanding of requirements
• Create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements
