Turner Construction Company in Navi Mumbai seeks a Senior Electrical Engineering Lead to mentor a team of engineers and project staff supporting US-based projects. You will plan resources, set delivery timelines, and oversee technical workstreams across multiple projects.

Responsibilities include reviewing deliverables for constructability, coordinating with designers and contractors, managing risks, and reporting project status to leadership. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

• Identify technical, contractual, schedule, commercial, quality, and delivery risks and drive mitigation actions through closure.
• Promote quality and safety considerations throughout engineering reviews and project planning.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to quality, responsiveness, productivity, and schedule adherence.
