Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Bengaluru (Bangalore), India | Global Talent Acquisition

Shift Timing - 5 PM - 2 AM IST
Overview Of Position

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and supporting the hiring of qualified talent across Diversified’s global regions, with an initial focus on India and the United States. Based in Bengaluru and reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, this position combines proactive sourcing with candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation to support a consistent and responsive recruitment process.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner uses various sourcing tools, the applicant tracking system (ATS), and other recruiting channels to identify active and passive candidates. This person builds relationships with qualified talent, including candidates for whom a suitable opening is not currently available, and maintains engagement for future opportunities. Success requires 5-7 years of sourcing experience, excellent spoken and written English, strong follow-through, and the ability to deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience across cultures and time zones.

Key Accountabilities
  • Execute sourcing and recruitment activities across global regions, initially prioritizing India and the United States, in alignment with the Talent Acquisition Lead’s direction and established global processes.
  • Partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, and the Talent Acquisition Lead to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and the skills and experience needed for success.
  • Use talent searches, professional networks, referrals, and targeted outreach to identify qualified active and passive candidates.
  • Build targeted searches and talent maps, tailor outreach to candidate interests, and assess sourcing results to refine strategies for difficult-to-fill roles.
  • Conduct initial candidate conversations to assess relevant experience, interest, availability, and alignment with role requirements; share clear candidate summaries with hiring teams.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs, keeping in touch with qualified candidates when no suitable position is available through personalized updates and periodic check-ins.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate skills, interests, availability, and prior discussions in the ATS so qualified talent can be re-engaged when appropriate opportunities arise.
  • Coordinate interviews across regions and time zones, provide clear instructions and timely updates, and follow up with interviewers to obtain feedback and support next steps.
  • Prepare offer letters and related documentation using approved templates and terms, coordinate required approvals, and support timely offer communication and candidate follow-up.
  • Coordinate with HR Operations and regional HR teams on pre‑employment requirements and the handoff to onboarding after offer acceptance.
  • Deliver a professional, respectful experience for internal and external candidates, including timely communication and appropriate closure for candidates who are not selected.
  • Keep requisition and candidate records current in the ATS, including sourcing activity, interview progress, feedback, offer status, and disposition reasons.
  • Track sourcing effectiveness, outreach response, qualified candidate conversion, interview progression, offer acceptance, and pipeline engagement; share findings and improvement ideas with the Talent Acquisition Lead.
  • Use AI tools with human review to validate sourcing results and communication quality, and handle candidate information confidentially in line with company policies and regional requirements.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred; an equivalent combination of education and relevant recruiting experience will be considered.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of hands‑on sourcing experience with demonstrated success identifying, engaging, and converting qualified active and passive candidates.
  • Global Recruiting Experience: Experience supporting recruitment in India and the United States, with the ability to adapt sourcing and candidate communication to regional markets and hiring practices. Experience supporting additional global regions preferred.
  • Sourcing and Systems: Practical experience using AI-enabled sourcing tools, enterprise ATS platforms, Boolean search, talent mapping, professional networks, and personalized candidate outreach. Dayforce ATS experience preferred.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Experience scheduling interviews across time zones, gathering feedback, preparing offer documentation, coordinating approvals, and supporting a smooth handoff to onboarding.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Demonstrated ability to build relationships with qualified candidates and maintain engagement over time, including when an immediate opportunity is unavailable.
  • English Communication: Excellent spoken and written English is essential for candidate conversations, outreach, interview instructions, offer communications, and collaboration with US and global stakeholders.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong relationship-building, organization, attention to detail, judgment, and follow-through; able to balance multiple requisitions, work independently within agreed processes, and apply feedback.
  • Data and Reporting: Ability to use ATS reporting and Excel to track sourcing activity, candidate progression, and pipeline effectiveness and recommend practical improvements.
  • Global Collaboration: Ability to work across cultures and time zones, with planned overlap with US and other regional business hours. Experience sourcing technology, engineering, project delivery, or field service talent preferred.
Key Succes Metrics
  • Consistently delivers qualified candidate pipelines and slates aligned with role requirements and agreed hiring priorities.
  • Improves outreach response, qualified candidate conversion, and sourcing effectiveness through targeted searches and appropriate use of AI and ATS tools.
  • Maintains engaged talent pipelines and successfully re-engages qualified candidates for future openings.
  • Coordinates interviews and offer preparation accurately and within agreed timelines, reducing avoidable delays.
  • Maintains complete, accurate, and timely ATS records that support reliable reporting and candidate follow-up.
