Diversified is seeking an Enterprise Systems Professional II – IT Business Technology Lead to bridge business needs with IT capabilities. You’ll analyze processes, lead technology initiatives, and deliver enterprise system solutions aligning with organizational goals.

Job Summary

The Enterprise Systems Professional II – IT Business Technology Lead serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT, responsible for analyzing business processes, leading technology initiatives, and delivering enterprise system solutions that support organizational objectives. This role combines business analysis, project leadership, solution design, and stakeholder management to ensure technology investments align with operational goals. The position operates with a high degree of independence and provides guidance on system enhancements, process improvements, and technology strategy.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Business Relationship Management
• Support enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or other ERP applications.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary IT contact for assigned business functions.
• Partner with business leaders to understand operational challenges, goals, and technology needs.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, business process reviews, and solution workshops.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Systems and Solution Management
• Lead the evaluation, implementation, enhancement, and support of enterprise applications.
• Coordinate system upgrades, integrations, testing, and deployment activities.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency.
• Manage system configuration and optimization efforts.
• Lead medium-to-large technology initiatives and system improvement projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business users, vendors, developers, and infrastructure teams.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure projects meet business requirements, budgets, and timelines.

Education and Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field required.

Serves as the primary decision-maker for day-to-day business technology operations within assigned functional areas.
