Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and experienced professional with a solid background in bulk and volume-based hiring for both IT and non-IT roles. This position requires an individual who can independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle, lead a small team if necessary, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Strategy: Independently manage and execute bulk and volume-based hiring campaigns in alignment with the company's staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Sourcing & Screening: Utilise various channels, including job portals, professional networks, and social media, to source, screen, and assess candidate suitability.
  • Candidate Management: Conduct initial interviews, coordinate subsequent interviews with hiring managers, and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a small hiring team, ensuring a cohesive and efficient recruitment process.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a key point of contact for hiring managers, providing updates and ensuring a smooth recruitment workflow across all departments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a recruitment role, with demonstrated exposure to team leadership.
  • Industry Preference: Prior experience with high-growth consumer tech companies and startups is highly preferred. This includes brands like Zomato, Swiggy, UrbanClap, CRED, Blinkit, Zepto, Car24, and GoMechanic.
  • Skill Set: Proven success in hiring for both IT and non-IT roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Core Competencies: Strong communication, coordination, and decision-making skills. The ability to manage recruitment processes with minimal supervision is essential.
