Job summary

MSX International in Chennai, India, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to partner with business leaders and drive end-to-end talent attraction across diverse roles. You will play a pivotal role in shaping sourcing strategies, leveraging multiple channels, and ensuring a superb candidate experience.

You will source, screen, and interview candidates, manage ATS data, and collaborate with hiring managers to meet KPIs and SLAs while supporting onboarding and integration of new employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders.
• Track record of delivering against recruitment KPIs.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and selection methodologies knowledge.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Customer-focused with a strong candidate experience emphasis.

• Liaise with senior recruiters and team leaders on complex roles.
• Build candidate experience through proactive communication.
• Identify and propose selection process improvements.

The Senior Recruiter contributes to the MSX Vision, Mission and Purpose by actively partnering with stakeholders and supporting the end-to-end Talent Attraction Process. As first point of contact for hiring managers, the role defines recruitment needs, sourcing and screening approaches, working with Business owners and Market specialists through to the recruitment phase. The role plays a key part in improving selection effectiveness and providing a great candidate experience.
