Job summary

Shield AI in Bengaluru and Delhi seeks a Technical Recruiter & Recruiting Coordinator to join the first Talent Acquisition member in India. This hybrid role partners with our global TA team and engineering leaders to hire top technical talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

You will own end-to-end recruiting and recruiting operations for engineering teams, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews across time zones, and helping scale Shield AI’s growth in Asia-Pacific,

We're looking for a Technical Recruiter & Recruiting Coordinator to become our first Talent Acquisition team member based in India. In this hybrid role, you'll partner with our global Talent Acquisition team and engineering leaders to hire exceptional technical talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You'll play a key role in scaling our engineering teams across Delhi and Bangalore, owning both recruiting and recruiting operations.

What You’ll Do:

Technical Recruiting:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and engineering roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, engage, and screen high-quality engineering talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring.
• Guide candidates through the interview process from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
• Provide hiring managers with market insights, pipeline updates, and hiring recommendations.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while representing Shield AI's mission and values

Recruiting Coordination & Operations:

• Coordinate interview schedules across multiple interviewers and time zones.
• Manage interview logistics, candidate communications, and interview documentation.
• Coordinate candidate travel
• Maintain accurate candidate records and data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Partner with the global Talent Acquisition team to improve recruiting processes and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• 3 - 6 years of experience in technical recruiting role.
• Experience recruiting Robotics or Autonomy talent.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Ashby experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting hiring across multiple office locations or global teams.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or technology company.
• Passion for process improvement and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

• Regular employee positions: Salary within range listed above + Bonus + Benefits + Equity
• Temporary employee positions: Hourly within range listed above + temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days of employment)
• Interns/Military Fellows/Part-time not eligible for bonus, benefits or equity
