Job summary

Visy India in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to ensure operational stability and security of Windows Server and hybrid identity infrastructure. You will lead AD, Entra ID and related platforms, while guiding lifecycle management and platform upgrades to support Visy’s global business.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational performance, security and lifecycle management of Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
• Administer and maintain hybrid identity services, including Active Directory, Entra ID and directory synchronization.
• Provide Level 3 support and technical leadership for complex infrastructure and identity-related issues.
• Lead infrastructure projects including platform upgrades, security remediation and end-of-support migrations.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, standardization and operational best practices.

Position Summary:

• The Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for the operational stability, security, lifecycle management and continuous improvement of Visy’s Windows Server and hybrid identity infrastructure.
• The role provides technical leadership across Active Directory, Windows Server, Entra ID and supporting infrastructure platforms, ensuring services remain secure, scalable and aligned with business requirements.
• The role leads infrastructure initiatives including security uplift programs, platform modernisation, lifecycle management and end-of-support migrations. The engineer works closely with application, security, service provider and business teams to provide technical guidance, resolve complex issues and drive continuous improvement.
• The position also supports team capability development through mentoring, knowledge sharing and technical leadership.
