Job summary

MRI Software India is looking for a Systems Administrator III to oversee production applications, deployments, and issue resolution. The role requires strong Windows Server, SQL Server, and IIS administration, plus AD and incident management capabilities.

You will collaborate with development, infrastructure, databases, and security teams, participate in shift support, and help maintain robust monitoring and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain monitoring and alerting for applications.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities.
• Work with development, infrastructure, database, and security teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in shift, standby, and weekend support as required.
