We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect to design, build, and optimize enterprise‑scale IT infrastructure platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise and modern infrastructure technologies.
This role requires a hands‑on architect who can evaluate business requirements, design scalable and secure infrastructure solutions, and lead implementation across on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Strong experience with Kubernetes is essential, along with expertise in traditional enterprise infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure architectures.
- Develop standards, reference architectures, and best practices.
- Architect compute, storage, networking, security, and application hosting layers.
- Design High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) environments.
- Architect database, storage, caching, web/application, and middleware platforms.
- Ensure reliability, scalability, maintainability, and operational efficiency.
- Performance Engineering: Conduct assessments and capacity planning.
- Troubleshoot bottlenecks.
- Tune OS, databases, storage, networking, and applications.
- Define deployment, scalability, and security best practices.
- Integrate Kubernetes with enterprise services and monitoring.
- Security & Governance: Implement hardening, access controls, and network security.
- Collaborate with security teams on vulnerabilities and compliance.
- Technical Leadership: Guide engineering teams.
- Support modernization initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years in Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or Infrastructure.
- Deep knowledge of compute, storage, networking, and security.
- Experience designing large‑scale infrastructure, HA/DR, databases, storage, caching, and web/application platforms.
- Expertise in performance tuning and root cause analysis.
- Production experience with Kubernetes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation.
- Knowledge of cloud‑native architectures and containers.
- Experience with monitoring, observability, and logging.
- Relevant Linux, Kubernetes, Cloud, or Infrastructure certifications.
