Job summary

Pegasystems is seeking experienced professionals to design, develop, implement, and test enterprise‑level solutions leveraging Pega technology. You will partner with global clients to deliver high‑quality technical solutions across the software development lifecycle and mentor client teams in Pega practices.

You will work on GenAI and AI-enabled capabilities, ensure quality outcomes, and contribute to a culture of innovation and collaboration within a fast‑changing technology environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of Pega experience and CSSA certification (Pega Certified Senior System Architect) with experience building and implementing model‑driven, enterprise‑level business solutions
• Excellent time-management and organization skills, with the capability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Driving and configuring GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner, and collaborate
• Willingness to go the extra mile
• Dedication to achieving outstanding customer results with a team‑oriented drive and a demonstrated ability to lead by example
• Delivered solutions in Agile and Scrum methodologies
