We're seeking a Senior System Analyst who thrives working both independently and collaboratively with the Technical Architect to deliver transformative Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom WMS extensions and enhancements that are scalable, secure, and high-performing, ensuring compatibility with the core WMS and client environments.
- Partner with the Technical Architect and solution architects to shape solution design, ensuring proposed configuration/implementation approaches support client goals and align with target architecture, delivery standards, and industry best practices
- Provide advanced technical support, performing complex troubleshooting and defect resolution, partnering with functional and technical teams to restore service and maintain optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders across global time zones to elicit, clarify, and translate business processes into detailed functional/technical requirements, user stories, and implementation-ready specifications.
- Support integrations/interfaces and data troubleshooting; create and maintain interface specifications plus technical/functional design documentation, configuration documentation, and test assets to enable reliable releases and support
- Travel as required to client sites for solution design sessions, implementation, and technical support.
- Lead technical analysis and recommend design/configuration trade-offs for assigned workstreams; document decisions, risks, and impacts, and obtain technical architect approval for cross-team or client-impacting changes.
- Serve as the formal technical escalation lead for high-severity defects and production incidents—owning incident triage, driving root-cause analysis, coordinating cross-functional remediation, and providing clear status, risk, and mitigation communications to the Technical Architect/management and client stakeholders.
- Coach and support junior analysts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, or a related field.
- 4-8 years' experience in WMS with Blue Yonder/JDA/RedPrairie (Manhattan WMS or equivalents are also considered) and strong knowledge of warehouse operations.
- Practical experience with Blue Yonder WMS configuration, extensions, integrations, and production support, including MOCA, interface management, and data troubleshooting is highly valued.
- Strong knowledge of solution design, system integration, and technical troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Stakeholder-facing experience across multiple WMS implementations.
- Physically located in Hyderabad to work from our office.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel to client sites within and outside India as needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player, collaborative, and able to work with global teams across time zones as required.
- QA automation experience is a plus.
