Key duties include learning core WMS processes, translating business needs into specs, and configuring platforms like Blue Yonder/JDA/RedPrairie.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/CS Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience with WMS or supply chain/enterprise apps.
• Experience with gathering requirements, functional analysis, system configuration, and integrations/data troubleshooting.
• Strong English communication skills; willingness to travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Learn and support key WMS processes: receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory.
• Translate business processes into detailed functional/technical requirements, user stories, and implementation-ready specs.
• Configure, develop and support WMS platforms (Blue Yonder/JDA/RedPrairie).
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and defect resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain SDLC, testing and quality standards; document accordingly.
• Use SQL to validate data, analyze transactions, and troubleshoot.
• Travel as required to client sites for go-live, etc.

We’re seeking a Junior System Analyst who supports Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions through system analysis, configuration, development, testing, and production support. Collaborates with senior analysts, & technical architects to build hands‑on experience with enterprise WMS platforms and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and support key WMS processes: receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory using WMS software.
• Collaborate with internal teams across global time zones to elicit, clarify, and translate business processes into detailed functional/technical requirements, user stories, and implementation-ready specifications.
• Configure, develop and support WMS platforms (e.g., Blue Yonder/JDA/RedPrairie).
• Provide technical support, performing troubleshooting and defect resolution, partnering with functional and technical teams to restore service and maintain optimal system performance.
• Maintain documentation & follow SDLC, testing, and quality standards; learn and apply best practices.
• Use SQL to validate data, analyze transactions, and troubleshoot.
• Travel as required to client sites for go‑live, etc.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience with WMS or supply chain/enterprise applications.
• Software Development or QA automation experience with strong interest in Warehouse Management are also considered.
• Experience with gathering requirements, functional analysis, system configuration, application support, and integrations/data troubleshooting.
• Experience with SQL - for analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to Blue Yonder/JDA/RedPrairie (or similar) is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Physically located in Hyderabad to work from our office.
• Experience partnering with business or client stakeholders and eager to learn complex systems and business processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability and willingness to travel to client sites within and outside India as needed.
• Team Player, collaborative – Able & willing to work with global teams across time zones as required.
• Understanding of warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, inventory, fulfillment) is an asset.
