Responsibilities

• Provide administration, implementation and maintenance of security best practices following SOC recommendations.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure team to ensure smooth operation of systems for business objectives.
• Ensure system connectivity of servers, shared software and applications.
• Manage resources in hybrid on-prem and Azure cloud with Windows Server 2016–2022.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity across diverse network equipment.
• Coordinate and perform tests for modified and new systems.
• Provide end-user orientation and training for new systems.
• Offer local and remote support using Jira Service Management and GoTo-Logme.
