Job summary

o9 Solutions in Bengaluru seeks a Sr Consultant – Client Success to drive client outcomes for our AI-driven planning platform. You’ll triage tickets, reproduce issues with R&D/DevOps, and develop, test and deploy fixes to production, while explaining system behavior and guiding customers through complex configurations.

You'll work with SQL, Python, R, SAS and optimization tools like CPLEX to analyze data, support demand and supply chain planning, and ensure high-value customer success across

• Languages: SQL or similar; statistical, optimization and simulation skills with Python, R, SAS, CPLEX or similar.
• Understanding of supply chain planning concepts including Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning and S&OP.

Responsibilities

• Triage the ticket to determine if its bug/data issue.
• Reproduce the issue and work with R&D, DevOps.
• Develop, Test and Deploy the fix to production.
• Provide explanations for system behaviour.
• Refactor IBPL code to make it more efficient.
• Move Config between diff env.
• Develop and test CRs.
• Clean up/archival and performance tuning.
• User Management (tickets or training customer IT).
• Collate repeated issues or pain points for enhancements.

What you’ll do for us…

• Refactor IBPL code to make it more efficient.
• Move Config between diff env
• Develop and test CR’s.
• Clean up/archival and performance tuning.

• Collate the repeated issues or pain points of planners to CSM for enhancements
• Willing to work in a 24*7 team with International Customers across the Globe.

What you’ll have…

Languages: SQL or similar; Statistical, Optimization and Simulation skills through software tools and packages like Python, R, SAS, CPLEX or similar is desirable.

Skills: Understanding of supply chain planning concepts including Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning and S&OP.

Characteristics:

• Strong ability to lead by example and demonstrate proficiency in both product and domain.
• Patient listener with the ability to clearly articulate your viewpoint to manage and deliver to customer expectations, even under pressure.
• Ability to analyse and process large amounts of data and complement it with intuition to prioritize and focus on the highest value opportunities or the biggest risks are key.
