Job summary

HowNWhy Education is seeking a Senior STEM Mentor to guide school and college students in STEM, AI, robotics and emerging technologies. You will lead hands-on workshops and mentor project development, helping students solve real problems with innovative solutions.

The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience, strong mentoring skills, and willingness to travel to schools/colleges across Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu. Salary ranges from 3.0 to 6.0 Lakhs per year.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in STEM education or related mentoring fields.
• Strong hands-on knowledge in AI/ML, robotics, electronics, IoT or related technologies.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Willingness to travel to schools/colleges when required.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

• Mentor school & college students in STEM, AI, Robotics & Emerging Technologies
