This position requires deep technical mastery, mentorship of engineers and collaboration across senior leadership. Engineers in this role lead innovation, optimize processes, and ensure solutions align with business objectives and enterprise standards and architect and lead full stack development across the SDLC, enhancing frontend, backend, and UI/UX components**Essential Job Functions*** Drive the design, development, and delivery of advanced financial technology solutions. Translate complex business needs into technical designs and oversee their implementation. Lead architectural decisions to ensure scalability, security, and performance. Take ownership of the most critical systems and resolve high-impact issues efficiently. - (15%)* Lead the definition and enforcement of coding standards, testing protocols, and automation strategies across teams. Analyze and resolve defects, performance bottlenecks, and systemic inefficiencies. Continuously improve processes to align with enterprise goals, focusing on quality, scalability, and time-to-market. - (15%)* Lead and oversee the design of scalable and secure software architectures. Ensure alignment with strategic goals and oversee the full development lifecycle.
