Qualifications

• B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science or related technical discipline with 9–12 years of software development experience.
• Experience delivering complex projects on time and with quality.
• Strong coding and design skills in Java or Go.
• Expertise in building high-scale distributed domain-driven microservices.
• Proficiency with databases such as MySQL, Cassandra, Redis, DynamoDB.
• Experience with AWS services (SQS, DynamoDB, EKS, Aurora) is a plus.
• Excellent problem solving and production debugging abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the functional lead, possesses deep knowledge of core systems, and takes full responsibility for the team's code, design, and project delivery, ensuring high quality andon-time completion
• Tackles complex technical challenges independently for complex systems, demonstrating technical depth and proficiency in multiple programming languages
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks, scalability issues, and areas for optimization
• Contribute to architectural discussions, propose innovative solutions, and evaluate trade-offs to make informed technical decisions
• Collaborate with product managers to decompose large projects into manageable tasks and prioritize work effectively
• Build the next-generation user experience and the platforms required to enable intuitive content discovery for our customers
• Work with the engineering team to optimize applications for performance and scalability across various platforms: mobile, Web, and Living Room devices
• Provide mentorship and guidance to other developers
