Job summary

Nagarro in Pune is seeking a QA professional to ensure quality gates and testing standards across development sprints. You will review requirements, design tests, and validate both AI-generated outputs and business logic to ensure accuracy and reliability.

You will plan performance tests, coordinate regression and integration testing, and drive automation to improve efficiency. The role emphasizes independent QA perspective, with a focus on delivering quality software at scale.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENT:

• Develop end-to-end test scenarios and detailed test cases.
• Design positive, negative, boundary, and exception test scenarios.
• Define representative test data and validation criteria.
• Functional & Business Validation
• Validate business workflows and AI-generated outputs against expected business logic.
• Ensure KPI calculations, mathematical computations, and business rules are accurately implemented.
• Partner with the BA team to validate domain-specific scenarios while maintaining an independent QA perspective.
• AI & Agentic Testing
• Validate AI-generated responses for accuracy, consistency, completeness, and relevance.
  Test agentic workflows across multi-step execution paths.
• Validate prompt execution, orchestration, context propagation, and exception handling.
• Identify hallucinations, reasoning failures, and workflow inconsistencies where applicable.
• Performance & Non-functional Testing
• Plan and coordinate performance and scalability testing.
• Execute concurrent user testing using approved enterprise tools (e.g., JMeter).
• Validate response time, throughput, and resource utilization.
• Coordinate integration and regression testing.
• Defect Management
  Manage the defect lifecycle from identification through resolution and re-validation.
• Track quality metrics and report testing progress.
• Prepare SIT summary reports and release readiness assessments.
• Automation
• Identify regression candidates for automation.
• Define and maintain the automated regression suite.
  Improve testing efficiency through reusable test assets.
