Responsibilities

• Provide production and operational support for applications hosted on Azure.
• Support application deployment and release workflows using Azure DevOps.
• Monitor application health using monitoring tools, investigate incidents, and perform manual monitoring when required.
• Troubleshoot production issues involving .NET applications, including runtime, performance, dependencies, memory, and CPU.
• Use SQL queries to extract and analyze data for production troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Investigate application behavior, logs, and system anomalies to identify root causes and support timely incident resolution.
• Develop a holistic understanding of Azure-hosted application architecture and dependencies.
• Support incident management, change management, and operational workflows with frequent releases.
• Analyze recurring production patterns to enable proactive issue detection and reliability improvements.
