You will lead transition of service delivery teams, implement automation, improve observability, and mentor junior members while collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
• 6–9 years of experience in relevant domain
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Expertise in SRE frameworks: SLO/SLI, MTTR improvement
• Strong automation and coding skills in Python and IaC

Requirements

• Observability Platforms (Datadog, Splunk, Grafana/Prometheus/OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace expertise).
• Site Reliability Engineering (SRE): SLO/SLI frameworks, error budgets, and MTTR improvement.
• Alert Noise Reduction: alert correlation, false-positive reduction, and alert fatigue management.
• Python & Infrastructure as Code (automation and self-healing/runbook automation development).
• ITSM & ServiceNow ITOM (ticketing, alerting workflows, and operational data analysis).
• At least 6-9 years of experience.
• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
