Job summary

OpsTree Global seeks a senior SRE/DevOps engineer to design and optimize scalable cloud infrastructure for enterprise SaaS platforms. You will lead IaC initiatives, build robust CI/CD pipelines, and manage Kubernetes clusters across GKE/EKS/AKS, ensuring production readiness and strong security postures.

You will collaborate with engineering and operations teams, implement comprehensive observability, and drive automation to reduce incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering roles.
• Strong experience deploying and managing enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure, preferably on GCP.
• Hands-on expertise with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation. Experience with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks including Jenkins and Groovy.
• Strong Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting experience.
• Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as Shell, Python, Perl, JavaScript, or Golang.
• Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes clusters including GKE, EKS, and AKS.
• Strong understanding of public cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, and Azure, with deep expertise in GCP.
• Experience with Docker containers and cloud-native technologies. Experience with databases and distributed platforms such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools including ELK, Grafana, and Prometheus.

Knowledge of AI/ML-driven operations (AIOps), intelligent alerting, predictive monitoring, anomaly detection, automation using AI tools, and leveraging GenAI solutions to improve operational efficiency, incident response, and infrastructure reliability.
