Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of security protocols, incident management, and risk mitigation.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare reports.

At Rocket India, as a Senior Specialist – Workplace Services, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the safety, security, and smooth operation of our workplace environments across multiple locations. You will oversee security programs, facility operations, compliance activities, and emergency response efforts while partnering with business leaders and site teams to maintain a safe, efficient, and employee-focused workplace. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong operational, administrative, and people management skills who thrives in a dynamic, multi-site environment.

About the Role

• Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices to safeguard employees, assets, and facilities.
• Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and risk reviews to identify vulnerabilities and drive corrective actions.
• Lead, supervise, and train security personnel to ensure adherence to established protocols and service standards.
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and workplace concerns, conducting investigations and documenting findings.
• Prepare and maintain security reports, compliance records, incident documentation, and operational dashboards.
• Oversee day-to-day facility operations to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient workplace environment.
• Manage facilities and security operations across multiple locations while maintaining consistent service delivery standards.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, and site teams to support operational and workplace requirements.
• Conduct regular internal audits, physical verifications, and compliance checks to validate the implementation of systems and processes.
• Monitor and improve workplace safety, security controls, and facility management practices.
• Provide administrative and operational support as required to meet business needs and organizational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support emergency preparedness planning and coordinate effective responses to unforeseen situations.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by the Manager or Business Unit stakeholders.

About You

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in security management, facilities management, workplace operations, or a related function.
• Experience managing security operations, facility services, and workplace administration across one or more sites.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, incident management, emergency response, and risk mitigation practices.
• Proven ability to conduct audits, assessments, compliance reviews, and operational inspections.
• Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare reports and present recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and workplace management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-site security and facilities operations in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards, emergency preparedness programs, and compliance requirements.
• Experience leading security teams, contract staff, or vendor-managed services.
• Familiarity with access control systems, surveillance technologies, and facility management platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify operational improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations.
• Certification in Security Management, Facilities Management, Health & Safety, or related disciplines is an advantage.
