Job summary

icreonny is seeking an experienced Optimizely Specialist to join its digital experience team. This role focuses on designing and delivering enterprise-grade Optimizely CMS solutions, including headless setups and personalization.

You will lead technical delivery, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure scalable, secure implementations while staying aligned with the Optimizely DXP roadmap. Excellent communication with clients and stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of CMS solutions experience with 4–5 years in Optimizely hands-on
• Optimizely CMS Certification is good to have (Developer)
• Proven experience designing and implementing headless CMS, personalization, and A/B testing using the Optimizely suite
• Strong command over .NET Core, C#, MVC, REST APIs, and Optimizely Framework APIs
• Experience with Optimizely SaaS CMS, Commerce, or Content Recommendations is a plus
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS) and CI/CD practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills – capable of interfacing with business and technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Experience with Optimizely SaaS CMS, Commerce, or Content Recommendations is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
