Job Summary: The Senior Specialist will independently lead conceptual and solution‑design work in SAP Access, Security & Authorization technologies, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and knowledge transfer to team members. The role also focuses on continuous improvement of the SAP application landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Lead/drive SAP Access, Security & Authorization related delivery independently in Operations and project initiatives, ensuring completeness of engagements within committed expectations and timelines.
• Responsible for SAP related operations (level 1–2) of User Access Management solution(s) in identified areas, including coordination across multiple stakeholders.
• Periodically review and update technical documentation and suggest improvements.
• Execute (e.g., UAR, leavers), coordinate and test SOX controls in the area of responsibility, ensuring no SOX, internal or external audit findings.
• Act as a technical change coordinator for all changes moving in production systems of identified templates.
• Coach other team members to enhance their skills and optimize cross‑technology know‑how and expertise.
• Take mentorship responsibilities, including training and coaching of new recruits.
• Analyze and report in situations of Service Improvement reviews.
• Contribute to development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), guidelines, and policies.
• Support License Measurement activities.
• Identify opportunities or risks, facilitate discussion between groups, and suggest solutions to enhance service quality.
• Drive automation initiatives (e.g., automate manual access‑related processes/reports via script/BOT) to increase productivity.

Qualifications:

• Graduated in Technology / Science from a reputed university.
• Formal training and certification in SAP Access, Security & Authorization (certification preferred but not mandatory); ITIL certification preferred.
• 6–8+ years of relevant SAP Security experience working with reputed companies, with technical hands‑on experience.
• Thorough technical knowledge of SAP security, authorization concept implementation.
• Knowledge of security‑related processes and compliance.
• In‑depth knowledge of SAP ERP Security with at least one end‑to‑end implementation or complete technical upgrade experience.
• In‑depth knowledge of SAP HANA authorizations, including FIORI.
• Hands‑on experience working on SAP HR authorizations.
• Experience working in offshore teams in a relevant technology area.
• Knowledge of trends and developments in the information technology area.
• In‑depth knowledge of trends and developments related to DevOps processes, SAP UI5, and Agile software development.
• Strong technical and non‑technical communication skills, both written and spoken.
