Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, customization and enterprise-scale design.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, and Visualforce.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Salesforce APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, governor limits, security model, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Reviews requirements and design; codes, tests, debugs; implements software solutions for complex assignments.
• Designs and implements short- and long-term IT solutions across Salesforce platforms and integrations.
• Mentors team members; advocates best practices, code reviews, and process improvements.
• Ensures cross-platform compatibility and robust performance across browsers and devices.
• Participates in end-to-end project activities from detailed programming to high-level system design.

Role Responsibilities

• Reviews system requirements and business processes; codes, tests, debugs; implements and/or maintains software solutions for more sophisticated assignments.
• Resolves systems software design requirements.
• Designs, develops, modifies, adapts and implements short- and long-term solutions to information technology needs through new and existing applications, systems architecture, network systems and applications infrastructure.
• Provides application software development services or technical support typically for more challenging assignments.
• Develops program logic for new applications or analyses and modifies logic in existing applications.
• Modifies existing internal software products to add to new functions, adapt to new hardware, improve performance or enhance product usability.
• Mentors others in the team on implementing system improvements, challenging the team to improve efficiency wherever possible and to apply current industry trends.
• Ensures that applications are compatible across multiple platforms and browsers.
• May participate in all aspects from detailed programming to high level system design.
• Participates in IT systems strategy, development and /or integrations services to clients.
• Provides technology trends and competitive landscape expertise and makes technology decisions to drive opportunities and competitive advantage for our clients.
• Provides a deep domain and industry experience and expertise to design and develop creative solutions.
• Provides deep awareness of technology and market trends to anticipate industry changes and conceptualize solutions.
• As a generalist, becomes involved in all aspects of a project including firmware, hardware, architecture, database warehouse and mining, database design and analysis, software development and testing.

We expect you to have:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce application development, customization, and enterprise-scale solution design.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, and Visualforce.
• Deep understanding and practical experience with Asynchronous Apex capabilities such as Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and Scheduled Apex.
• Shown experience designing and implementing REST/SOAP integrations, including integration with external systems using Salesforce APIs, Platform Events, and Named Credentials.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, governor limits, security model, sharing mechanisms, and performance optimization protocols.
• Experience building scalable and maintainable solutions demonstrating declarative and programmatic Salesforce capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools for Salesforce development, deployment, version control, and release management.
• Proficiency in Git-based source control and modern development practices.
• Experience demonstrating GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools to improve developer productivity and code quality.
• Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience working in specification-driven and collaborative development environments.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II, Agentforce Specialist and Integration-related certifications are highly preferred.
