DuPont seeks an AR Reporting Analyst/Senior Specialist to develop, maintain, and analyze Accounts Receivable reports. The role requires 5–6 years in AR with Power BI and a solid accounting background.

You will automate reporting, ensure data accuracy, and present insights to AR management and stakeholders in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. The position sits in the Finance/Accounts Receivable department in India, with shifts across a 24/7 schedule and opportunities to optimize cash flow through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–6 years of Accounts Receivable experience with Power BI.
• Strong accounting background and attention to detail.
• Familiar with OTC cycle and 24/7 shift flexibility.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and analyze AR reports including aging, DSO analysis and collection performance.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across reports.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Use Excel and other tools to extract and present data.

Job Summary

The AR Reporting person should be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing key Accounts Receivable reports to provide actionable insights. This role requires a strong understanding of AR processes, data analysis and reporting tools. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess excellent analytical skills, and could communicate findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Report Development and Maintenance: Maintain accurate and timely AR reports, including aging reports, DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) analysis, collection performance reports, and other relevant metrics.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reports.
• Automate reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency.
• Utilize Excel, or other reporting tools to extract and present data.
• Analyze AR data to identify trends, patterns, and potential risks.
• Calculate and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to AR, such as DSO, bad debt, and collection effectiveness.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in reporting.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve AR performance and optimize cash flow.
• Communicate findings and insights to AR management, finance teams, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address AR-related issues and implement process improvements.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests from internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to streamline AR reporting processes and improve efficiency.
• Document reporting procedures and maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in AR reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and company policies.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely data.

Mandatory: Skill Sets/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 -6 years of experience in Accounts Receivable along with PowerBI.
• Must have Strong Accounting background and attention to details.
• Understanding of OTC cycle.
• Flexible to work in different shifts – in 24/7 environment.
• Demonstrates analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Desired to have Skills

• SAP experience is preferred.
• Advance Excel knowledge would an added advantage.
• Power BI/ Power Query/ HANA.
