in Pune seeks a Senior Specialist - Package Implementation with deep SAP BTP and SAP Joule expertise to lead AI-powered enterprise solutions across SAP ecosystems. You will design and deliver Joule use cases, build AI assistants, integrate with S/4HANA and SuccessFactors, and partner with architects and product owners to scale innovative SAP-based applications.
Qualifications
- 7–11 years of relevant experience with SAP BTP, Joule, and AI-powered solutions.
- Experience integrating SAP applications such as S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.
- Strong design and delivery capabilities for agentic AI and JWT-based integrations.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of SAP Joule use cases and AI-powered business assistants.
- Develop and deploy custom Joule skills and extensions.
- Integrate Joule with SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors and other SAP apps.
- Design AI workflows using SAP AI Foundation and Generative AI Hub.
- Define prompting strategies, agent instructions, grounding mechanisms, and retrieval patterns.

We are seeking a Senior Specialist - Package Implementation with strong expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Joule to lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-powered enterprise applications. The role focuses on building intelligent business assistants, custom Joule skills, AI agents, and clean-core compliant extensions for SAP business processes.

The role involves architecting and delivering next-generation solutions using SAP BTP, SAP Joule, SAP AI capabilities, and SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM). You will work across SAP services and AI capabilities to develop intelligent, scalable, and enterprise-ready solutions.
You will collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, product owners, and development teams to deliver AI-enabled business solutions. The role also includes integrating Joule with SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, and other SAP applications while leveraging SAP's Agentic AI and Joule ecosystem.
