Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking an SAP AI Solution Architect to design and deliver intelligent enterprise solutions on SAP Business Technology Platform. You will bridge business strategy with AI capabilities, embedding machine learning, generative AI, and automation into core SAP workflows.

Responsibilities include guiding architecture, implementing secure API-led designs, and delivering end-to-end SAP AI programs with a focus on Joule, AI Launchpad, and vector stores.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SAP architecture/development.
• 4+ years focused on Joule, BTP, automation, or intelligent extensions.
• Familiar with SAP AI portfolio (Joule, predictive AI, copilots).
• Design or build AI-powered apps using CAP, RAP, and BTP extension models.
• Understanding of LLMs, embeddings, and integration patterns.
• Strong API-led design, OAuth2/JWT/SAML security, and governance.
• Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and translating AI to business outcomes.
• Delivery leadership across discovery to delivery phases; SAP certifications.
• Experience with knowledge models or vector stores.

Job description

Position Summary

The SAP AI Solution Architect designs and delivers intelligent enterprise solutions using the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). You will bridge the gap between business strategy and AI technology. Your primary focus will be embedding machine learning, generative AI, and automation into core SAP workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years in SAP architecture/development, with at least 4+ years focused on Joule (AI), BTP, automation, or intelligent extensions.

  • Familiarity with SAP Business AI portfolio (Joule, predictive AI, SAP copilots)
  
  
  • Understanding of AI Core, AI Launchpad, vector stores, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)

• Architecture & Security: Strong grasp of clean-core extensibility, API-led design, event-driven patterns, OAuth2/JWT/SAML-based security, and enterprise governance.


• Consulting Competencies: Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and ability to translate AI capabilities into actionable business outcomes.


• Delivery Leadership: Experience working across discovery, prototype, architecture, and delivery phases of complex SAP or AI programs.


• SAP certifications in BTP, AI, or Application Development.


• Experience with knowledge models, enterprise search, or domain-specific vector stores.
