Job summary

Vivantify seeks a Senior Specialist – Package Implementation with deep SAP Finance (FI) and RTR expertise to drive implementations, enhancements, and support across GL, AP, AR, AA, and closing.

You will collaborate with finance and technical teams, gather requirements, coordinate with ABAP developers, conduct testing, lead workshops, and mentor junior consultants to deliver quality financial solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP Finance experience required.
• Strong RTR expertise and hands-on FI knowledge.
• Experience across GL, AP, AR, AA, bank accounting, and closing.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance or ECC.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in 2–3 end-to-end SAP implementations.
• Knowledge of CO, MM, and SD integrations.
• SAP FI Certification is a plus.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Specialist – Package Implementation with strong expertise in SAP Finance (FI) and Record-to-Report (RTR) processes. The role focuses on SAP Finance implementations, enhancements, production support, financial closing, and integration with other SAP modules. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills and hands‑on experience across core SAP FI functions.

Job Description

The role involves leading SAP Finance FI implementations, enhancements, and support activities across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Financial Closing & Reporting.

You will work closely with finance teams, business users, and technical teams to gather requirements, develop functional solutions, coordinate with ABAP developers, and support testing and production issues. The role also includes client workshops, user training, mentoring junior consultants, and supporting continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Finance FI implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
• Configure and support GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Financial Closing.
• Gather business requirements and provide appropriate functional solutions.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers.
• Conduct Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Troubleshoot production issues and identify process improvements.
• Work with business users, finance teams, and technical teams.
• Lead client discussions, workshops, and user training.
• Mentor junior consultants and support overall project delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP Finance experience.
• Strong expertise in RTR (Record-to-Report) processes.
• Hands‑on experience with:

  • Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Bank Accounting

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance or SAP ECC.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
• Strong integration experience with:

• Experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end SAP implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
