Job summary

LTM in Bengaluru is seeking an OIC PaaS Integration Lead to own end-to-end integration delivery across Oracle Fusion SaaS and external systems. You will design, build, test, deploy and govern integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud and PaaS services.

You will lead architecture, ensure security, implement monitoring, and mentor a team of OIC developers while coordinating with business and IT stakeholders to meet delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) design, build and deployment.
• Strong integration patterns and middleware concepts.
• Experience with REST/SOAP Web Services and JSON/XML transformations.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM/SCM integrations or external systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration delivery using OIC and PaaS services.
• Lead design, build, test, deployment and governance for integrations.
• Ensure security compliance and IAM approvals for integration accounts.

• 1 Integration Architecture Solution Design

  • Reduce integration incidents by implementing strong observability and preventive controls

  • Lead a team of OIC developers conduct reviews and guide best practices
  • Drive technical discussions with business functional leads and client IT teams
  • Proactively manage

  • Provide accurate estimates work planning and progress reporting to PMPMO

Mandatory Skills Must Have

• Strong handson experience with Oracle Integration Cloud OIC design build deployment
