SheJobs Group is seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Consultant who can act as the onsite customer-facing coordinator and bridge between customer stakeholders and offshore delivery teams. 10+ years of Oracle Technical/Integration experience and strong hands-on OIC Gen 2/3, REST/SOAP, Oracle ERP adapters, and file-based integrations are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle Technical/Integration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud Gen 2 and Gen 3.
• Strong onsite customer-facing experience in OIC implementations.
• Experience conducting requirement workshops and solution reviews.
• Experience coordinating with offshore developers, testers and PMO.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct integration requirement gathering and design workshops.
• Document interface requirements, mappings, transformations, and error-handling approaches.
• Review OIC integration designs for alignment with business requirements.
• Coordinate offshore delivery and track scope, risks, issues, and timelines.
• Facilitate customer meetings, status reviews, and technical walkthroughs.
• Support SIT/UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Review deployment notes and production support runbooks.
• Manage customer expectations and drive timely closure of open issues.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Consultant who can act as the onsite customer-facing coordinator and bridge between customer stakeholders and offshore delivery teams.

10+ years of Oracle Technical/Integration experience.

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Gen 2 / Gen 3.

Strong customer-facing and onsite experience in OIC implementation projects.

Scheduled Orchestration

App-Driven Orchestration

REST / SOAP integrations

Oracle ERP adapters

File-based integrations

Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP / Finance / HCM integrations.

Strong knowledge of FBDI, BIP Reports/Extracts, ESS Jobs, callbacks, scheduling, security and connectivity agents.

Experience conducting requirement workshops, interface design discussions, mapping walkthroughs and solution reviews.

Strong experience coordinating with offshore developers, functional consultants, testers, reporting teams and PMO.

Experience supporting SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare.

Excellent communication, documentation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary onsite point of contact between the customer and offshore OIC delivery team.
• Conduct integration requirement gathering and design workshops.
• Document interface requirements, technical specifications, mappings, transformations, dependencies and error-handling approaches.
• Review OIC integration designs and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Coordinate offshore delivery and track scope, dependencies, risks, issues and timelines.
• Facilitate customer meetings, status reviews, technical walkthroughs and defect triage.
• Support SIT/UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.
• Review technical design documents, mapping sheets, unit-test evidence, deployment notes and production support runbooks.
• Manage customer expectations and drive timely closure of open issues and action items.

Good to Have

• Experience working in a US onsite–offshore delivery model.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP/Finance/HCM business processes.
• Exposure to VBCS, Oracle Process Automation, OCI connectivity or API Gateway.
