Job Details

• Position: Senior Sourcing Analyst
• Location: Coimbatore (On-site only)
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant sourcing & procurement experience
• Category Experience: Indirect procurement categories such as IT, Professional Services, Capex/MRO, Marketing, Logistics, Construction, and Facilities
• Educational Qualification: Any UG/PG (MBA preferred)
• Shift Timings: Night shift (Candidates should be flexible for any shift)

Role Overview

As a Senior Sourcing Analyst in the Knowledge Services team, you will facilitate and execute end-to-end procurement projects, including translating business needs into clear statements of work, soliciting bids, and leading auctions.

• Ability to mentor junior analysts
• Flexible shift timings to meet client needs
• Experience managing end-to-end procurement processes and category management
• Ability to research industry trends, perform benchmark analysis, and financial risk assessments
• Manage daily project activities, including discrepancies and deliveries
• Conduct supplier evaluations, risk assessments, and market intelligence reports
• Develop and manage RFx processes, evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and project execution
• Handle spend analysis, spot buys, and procurement activities
• Engage in supplier relationship management, risk assessment, and contract management
• Translate business needs into detailed statements of work and collaborate with stakeholders
• Use analytical tools to assess performance, identify savings, and report findings
• Negotiate favorable terms considering pricing, quality, and delivery
• Lead cross-functional teams, manage categories, and monitor compliance
• Lead auctions to achieve competitive pricing and terms
