Responsibilities

• Guide multiple engineering teams through a time-boxed AI adoption cycle to integrate AI into core development activities.
• Support developers in applying AI tools to code generation, refactoring, debugging, documentation, test creation, and code comprehension.
• Help teams redesign SDLC workflows to incorporate AI safely and effectively.
• Run coaching sessions, technical clinics, and office hours to unblock teams and increase confidence in AI-assisted development.
• Promote repeatable patterns, playbooks, and shared practices for consistent AI usage across teams.
• Track adoption progress and contribute to visibility on engagement, usage and delivery improvements.
• Partner with trainers and escalation teams to ensure aligned execution and rapid intervention when needed.
• Act as a coach and change agent to embed AI into how software is designed, built, tested, and maintained.
