Qualifications

• 13-15+ years of domain experience in Regulatory Reporting, Big Data, and enterprise architecture.
• Strong Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems expertise.
• Experience with real-time streaming architectures (Kafka/Spark/Flink) and cloud-native tech.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead end-to-end solution architecture for regulatory reporting platforms.
• Design scalable, low-latency, event-driven architectures using Kafka, Spark, Flink, and cloud-native technologies.
• Drive delivery of complex regulatory initiatives within aggressive timelines.
• Lead architecture governance, design reviews, performance optimization, and production readiness.
• Partner with Business, Compliance, Operations, and Technology to translate regulatory requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive data quality, lineage, governance, and reporting controls across the platform.
