• Serve as a subject matter expert in Java and Azure technologies, providing strategic direction for projects

Requirements

• At least 14–19 years of experience in solution architecture and software development

• Proficiency in reverse engineering legacy systems for modernization purposes
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure (Azure Solution Architect experience is mandatory)
• Skills in software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices
• Understanding of modernization tools, methodologies, and cloud transformation techniques
• Competency in integrating modernized solutions with other systems for seamless performanceStrong communication and leadership aptitude for conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Background in business transformation initiatives and IT modernization strategies
• Qualifications in frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
• Showcase of using databases including PostgreSQL or NoSQL DBs effectively
