We are seeking a highly skilled Software Testing and Test Automation engineer to drive quality engineering initiatives across functional, automation, and performance testing domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable test automation frameworks, designing performance testing strategies, and ensuring applications meet quality, reliability, scalability, and availability requirements.
This role requires strong technical expertise in test automation, performance engineering, CI/CD integration, cloud technologies, and modern software architectures.
80% plus automation coverage for critical business workflows; reduced regression execution time through automation; early identification of performance bottlenecks during development cycles; improved application scalability and release quality; successful CI/CD integration of automation and performance tests; achievement of defined SLA, SLO, and performance goals.
